After attending the Third Day session, you will engage with video presentations, course readings (three books and four articles), textbook interactions, and three writing assignments. Those who choose to not complete all these Certificate requirements can ask for a Participation Acknowledgement letter that can be used for 30 hours of continuous learning experience.

At the conclusion of this course successful students will be better able to lead. They will demonstrate ability to examine leadership styles and adopt effective leadership communication. Please read the syllabus! You will find it here: 2021 Syllabus. As an accelerated course, you will need to invest a total of 75 hours into this course (for lectures/Summit participation, readings, and writing), or 8-10 hours a week. If you choose to seek a participation letter rather than the full certificate, you must view the approximately eight hours of recorded lectures in WheatonX in addition to the live sessions on August 5th to 7th.
